Private construction law, law governing contracts for work and services and law of agency contracts

Private construction law: Is it a contract for work and services or an agency contract?

Through the contract for work and services, the contractor undertakes to carry out work and the client undertakes to pay remuneration (OR 363). Whether you are entering into a "contract for work and services" or an "agency contract" is not always entirely clear in private construction law and it is therefore advisable to contact a lawyer at an early stage.
